Bryson M. Aldridge, a native of Durham, North Carolina, but currently residing in Raleigh, Bryson received his undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University (2001) in History and his Juris Doctorate degree from The Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia in 2006.

Bryson joined Stubbs Cole as an associate in 2006 and has been a partner since 2012. As Stubbs Cole's primary Litigation partner, Bryson represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of complex matters that require innovative thinking and aggressive, efficient and creative litigation strategies. Bryson has extensive experience in the litigation process from initiating or defending a lawsuit; conducting discovery drafting and arguing effective memoranda in motion practice, and taking cases to trial, and winning. Bryson also excels in legal research and capitalizing on the opportunities provided by various alternative dispute mechanisms to help clients avoid the costly and protracted process of litigation. Bryson is a Certified NC Superior Court Mediator and a BV Rated attorney by Martindale Hubbell.

Bryson's litigation practice across a wide variety of disciplines provides him with a unique approach to advising businesses on the risks associated with their day-to-day operations and how to avoid litigation with careful competent counsel ? upfront ? before there is a problem.
