Perfect Event Entertainment Helps Customers Realize Their Vision

Perfect Event Entertainment has been serving North Carolina's Triangle area and beyond - Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, and nearby cities - since 2011, providing lighting, DJs, audio-video services, and karaoke for events like weddings, corporate functions, fraternity mixers, and private parties.

Owner Daniel Kelly says that the name reflects the company's goals: "When I started this company, I named it "Perfect Event Entertainment" as a mission statement. We're dedicated to helping our clients achieve their vision for their event whether it's a wedding, a corporate event, a grand opening, or just a fun backyard party!"

Kelly feels that the most important quality a DJ should have is the ability to establish a rapport with clients, and all else follows: "There is so much that one could write about the "ins and outs" of DJing a wedding! I would say that organization, emcee skills, a deep familiarity of music across many eras and genres, and a good rapport with the couple are at the top of my list."

A knowledge of all genres and styles of music also helps, since weddings are typically multi-generational and diverse events where guests' musical tastes often range across as much as fifty years: "Weddings are fairly unique in that you have such a diverse audience as far as age range, background, and musical preference. At a wedding you want everyone to feel included, so an experienced DJ must be able to effortlessly transition from older favorites such as Earth, Wind, and Fire's "September" to contemporary hits like "Uptown Funk". Depending on the crowd, he should be able to play anything from 90's hip-hop to beach music or electronic indie."

For DJ service, having state of the art equipment makes all the difference. Perfect Event Entertainment uses professional audio equipment for crystal-clear sound, digital turntables for smooth mixing and exciting transitions, and Shure wireless microphones. There's always back up equipment as well. For their karaoke service, all tracks are properly licensed.

In addition to DJs and karaoke, Perfect Event Entertainment also provides lighting options such as wireless uplighting, monogram and logo projection, large scale video, intelligent lighting, and more. The full range of services means that clients have to deal with only one vendor instead of many for all their event planning needs.
