Pullen Construction Company, LLC has been in business since 1995 and began as a family owned entity providing residential repairs and renovations. Today Pullen Construction is a licensed contracting service specializing in both residential and commercial contract building.

What are the three most critical qualities a contractor must possess?

The three most critical qualities a contractor must possess are integrity, craftsmanship, and workmanship.

What are the benefits of working with a contracting company that stays from design to completion of the project?

Benefits of working with a contracting company that stays from design to project completion are 1) the project owner experiences and observes a strong commitment of the company's construction management initiatives, and 2) with that, the project owners also experience a high level of customer service.

What business practices do you implement and believe are necessary for a quality contractor to possess?

Business practices that Pullen believes are necessary is to simply abide by state laws and regulations as it pertains to construction contracting and building, and provide the best possible building solutions to customers at a fair market price.

Is it more advantageous to have a contractor who focuses on one aspect of the trade more or one who is more generalize?

This depends on the project and will more than likely be project specific.

What advice do you have for someone who knows that they need a contractor but are hesitant to approach them due to budget constraints?

If someone needs a contractor but is hesitant due to budget constraints that person should conduct a period of research for his/her particular project, and save money towards financing the desired construction before approaching a builder contractor.
